Celebrating Business Leaders in our Community

Jon Desprez

This is a great example of value-driven leadership. 🎉 While restaurants are struggling to stay in business, The Flame Broiler, Inc. continues to give back to the community.

The Flame Broiler, Inc. sponsors 2 children through Compassion International for every store they open. They have sponsored 382 children. 👍

They have also started a "pay-it-forward" 💸 program that allows patrons to purchase a bowl for a family in need and write a personal note of encouragement.

During my last visit, an employee cleaning the soda fountain (who actually was the company's operation manager,
Jon Desprez , asked me how I was doing and he shared with me about their "cater-a-bowl" 🥣 program that provides individually wrapped catering bowls to allow the community to celebrate the holiday safely.
